Caught Some Good Stuff, Please Help

Hey guys, you helped me once before, now I'm working on another machine that someone has requested assistance with.

I followed the instructions in the malware removal guide, but could not successfully run bitdefender or panda active scan. Internet Explorer is particularly plagued by whatever this computer has and keeps crashing. I'm doing OK working in firefox to make these posts.
