Dragging files duplicates?

    I just freshly installed XP again because it was getting kinda eww, and I noticed now every time I drag a file, it make a duplicated version of it in that area I dragged it to instead of just moving.

    Why is it doing this and how can I make it stop?

    Another drive?Press shift while you drag.

    Oh ya, I did make a partition

    Welcome :) And you if you rightclick and drag n drop,you will get a context menu from which you can choose copy,move etc.
