Is it possible to install 2 wireless cards in my computer and connect to 2 different wireless networks and get double the speed?

You will not get double the speed. What would happen is Windows would prioritize the connection to a particular WiFi card, and one would end up going to one router, the other would act as a A/P to another computer, or not being used at all.

So what you would end up is: Router1 to computer wifi-1, Router2 to computer wifi-2 (not a priority). Question is, how would you end up with the output from the routers, due to you would need to specify that.

Think of it this way, when you hook a computer up to a Wired connection and have a Wifi connection, do you end up using both? The answer is no, due to WinXP prioritizes the connection.
