If you have not already download it, download SUPERAntiSpyware (we will use SAS for an abbreviation) and follow the below directions!
See the download links under this icon [IMG]

    Important Notes:
    1. If you already have gotten SUPERAntiSpyware installed but cannot get it to run, try using the SUPERAntiSpyware Alternate Start icon from All Programs >> SUPERAntiSpyware.
    2. You should print or save these instructions to a local text file on your PC because when the Scan begins, any browser windows that are open will be closed.
Installing, Configuring and Running a Scan
    • Double-click SUPERAntiSpyware.exe to run it. Use the default settings for installation. You will see a popup like below. Select run.
    • If you get a message like SuperAntiSpyware.exe is not a valid Win32 application then try renaming SuperAntiSpyware.exe to SAS.EXE and see if it will run. This error message often occurs due to malware trying to block the installation.
    • If you get an error message like The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation then see this possible fix which will help for some versions of Windows http://www.superantispyware.com/supportfaqdisplay.html?faq=50
    • Now you will see the Setup form like below:

Save this log somewhere you can find it to attach it later. Click the OK button to continue.
