Ramnit.A - Help Needed!

I've gone through the run and read me thread, but still having problems with Ramnit A. I've attached my MG files to this message for reference. Any help is most appreciated. Thanks

Here's a brief rundown of the problem that I've posted elsewhere:

Having trouble with the Ramnit.A virus. Like everyone else, it's only showing up in Microsoft Security Essentials. About 900 cases of it showed up on the last scan, but everytime I try to clean them, MSE crashes. I've tried doing full scans with Malwarebytes and, while that removes some rootkits, I'm still getting redirected to other websites.

I've also had problems logging onto Windows since this has started. Winlogon.exe seems to keep crashing about 10 seconds after Windows boots. Windows, more often than not, then restarts. Occasionally, it boots up fine. Not sure if this is related or something seperate.

Anyway, I'd appreciate any help, so could someone please look at my latest HJT this log and see if there's anything that can be done?
