Having some trouble starting up Computer

    I also posted this in the software section, but the more I look at it the more it seems to me a hardware problem. When I try to boot up my computer a GoBack message pops up saying; "GoBack restarted your computer because it detected your system was unstable. Allowing it to continue running would have caused corrumption on disk #1. This instability is probably the result of a bug in an application running on your system, but could also be caused by hardware problems." It won't let me proceede beyond that point. I am beginning to think it might ge a hardware problem because the mouse doesn't seem to work. The message also states it is a Code 0x12.

    try swapping your RAM for known working sticks

    also system specs would be helpful ... RAM/CPU/OS etc etc
