Best Audiobook Software for PC?

Hi there!

I am looking for PC software that has 3 main features.
1- keeps your location in an MP3s or within a folder of MP3s
2- can manage multiple audiobooks
3- can increase playback speed up to 2.5 or 3 times normal speed.

I use Smart Audiobook Player on Android which can do these 3 quite easily and well. (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details id=ak.alizandro.smartaudiobookplayer&hl=en)

I am surprised to have difficulty finding a similar program for PC.

Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated!!

PS: On a side note, what PC software do you all think is the best at managing media in general? What do you use to keep all your media straight?
