How to change motherboard fan speeds?

    Hi guys i just installed my new CPU cooler the artic cool freezer 7 pro, I need some help setting up the fan speeds on my motherboard i dont no how to do it, i have a program called speed fan but im not sure how to use it, my CPU temp at the mo is at 63 oc but would like it a bit cooler and my motherboard temp is 31 oc so im happy with that.

    i also have a program called everest but i think that only gives you information you cant tweak anything like fan speeds with it

    From a short read...
    For you to be able to change the fan speed you need a compatible Motherboard and BIOS versions.
