New Guy trying to clean up a Trojan:DOS/Alureon.A

Hello All,

I'm not really a computer guy so I'm trying to do my best with this steep curve. My wifes is running desktop hadn't had any mantainance done in awhile so I gave started in with deleting old copies of McAfee and Norton, plus one free copy of Avira.

When I tried to get online to download Microsoft Security Essentials, Microsoft Explorer could not display a page, when I tired to diagnose the problem Explorer said there's nothing wrong with my network :confused. All the other computers in the house connect.

Anyway, I guessed at her having a virus, downloaded MSE onto a flashdrive at another computer, installed it and found that she had a TrojanOS/Alureon.A.

I did my best to follow the instructions on the forum but admittedly got a little anxious, frustrated, some more and jumped around a little. These are the logs I've been able to collect.

I ran TDSSKiller first, then SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, and Finally the MBRchecker, but can't seem to find the log for the last.

Just not really sure if the computers clean yet. And can't figure out how to get back online. I know there's soo much useful info on this site it's just a little too much for me to discern an organize in to a plan of action.
