New here, need help!

    First, let me apologize if I am posting this in the wrong area, I am new here.

    I need some help.
    I want to know if it is possible to retrieve deleted files from a computer system - such as web based emails (like yahoo) and chat histories (myspace)
    and other information that has been deleted.

    Can someone offer me any assitance - if there's a program you can use, someone you can get to do this for you, or whatever... I have no clue here...but this is REALLY important.

    Thanks in advance for any advice!

    You need to post this in the Software forum where your question will get more views.

    I know there is software to retrieve files that were created on your computer, but I'm not sure about web based email or chat.

    Start a new thread in Software, and hopefully you will get your answer.
