My husband was complaining his pictures are not viewable on his Nascar site. In researching why this is occurring, I found that this is the case on a few other web sites also. All that comes up is a box with a red x. I checked the properties on these items and they all appear to be .cgi extensions. Apparently I turned off/on something in my browser, anti virus or firewall for security reasons and now this is happening. Can anyone advise what a .cgi extension is and what I could possibly have turned on/off?
    Thanks very much!

Bring up Internet Explorer and on the top menu click Tools and then select Internet Options. On the window that comes up click the Advanced tab. Scoll down thru the list of options until you get into the Multimedia section. Look for "Show Pictures" and make sure you have a check next to it. Then click Apply and Ok to close the window. Now exit Internet Explorer and then start it up again. See if your images show now.
