Help, please.

Greetings. About two weeks ago, my computer started having trouble with firefox. The program freezes frequently, though usually doesn't completely lock up. I often get messages that adobe flash player has crashed. When I restart my computer, it takes much longer than usual and lingers on a black screen for a while before starting windows. I have all the latest software updates as far as I know. IE is also affected, and in fact I tested MS word and it snags up as well.
I have run through the procedure outlined at the top of the forum, but it doesn't seem to have had much effect. Logs are attached. I really appreciate you taking your time to help me.

Note you are using an old version of MGtools. You should not keep old versions. It should always be uninstall after finished with any cleanups. A new version should always be downloaded from the current link.

Yes because you do not appear to be having malware problems. Your logs are clean. You may want to try uninstalling BitDefender as a test and see what happens afterwards. If no change, reinstall and then post in the Software Forum for additional help with Windows issues.

No not really, but you can make a contribution to a charity which is a nice thing to do anyway.
