Hijack This Log-Please Help

I am a totally noob at computers and I recently got some sort of spyware or virus that is really screwing up my computer. At first, I couldnt use or access anything unless in safe mode, but I ran all of the tools in your tutorial and that got rid of alot of the spyware and viruses that I had. I am still having a problem with some registry keys that wont go away, namely pokapoka76.exe and others. I did a hijack this log and its in my attachment.
Please Help!

Is there a reason you only ran one of the online scans from the READ ME?

 

sorry i just have a project to do so im kind of freaking out that my computer is not working. actually i forgot to run the other online scan, i will do that right now.

 

Okay, go back thru the READ ME and be sure you complete every step. It's very important you do every step.


After you have completed all of the steps in the READ ME, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:
