Browser Problems

Hi, I am running Netscape 7.02. I had been running netscape 7.0, I took the 7.1 upgrade then installed 7.02 over top of that one. Well, my problem is that I when I click on some links, I get the black screen of dah or the white screen of stall. I have played with this thing but am not sure why it is not functioning properly. Not sure if it is due to settings in security of browser. Should I have the Validation set as " Use OSCP to validate only certificates that specify a OSCP service URL" or should I select "Do not use OSCP for certificate validation"?
