firefox and macromedia flash player help :(

what's up brohammers? for some reason when i try to download the macromedia flash player for firefox 1.5.0.2, it doesn't allow me to download it or it says failure to download. I went and i manually tried downloading it from www.adobe.com and all i got was server not found. I do have a wireless router but no settings to block firefox from any sites. I've had problems before with firefox and macromedia for some reason. Does anyone know of a mirror site or somewhere i can download the latest macromedia flash player? Help please? Thanks!

 

Hmmm... I don't know any alternate download locations, but I can offer some suggestions:

1. Run CCleaner
2. Try to install the plugin again.

If that fails:

1. Uninstall Firefox
2. Run CCleaner
3. Re-install Firefox
4. Try to install the plugin again.
