Help i cant install anything due to spyware, virus, etc

Have you tried installing programs after booting in safe mode?

Are you running the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support ?

If so the below scans require no installs and you should be able to run all of them and attach the logs.

• ShowNew
• GetRunKey
• HijackThis

 

Special circumstances require special steps. You said you cannot install anything. What I asked you for is things that do not require an install. You just need to follow the directions. For example, I asked you for the below two logs too:

ShowNew
GetRunKey

Also you did not follow the directions in step 7. You MUST install HijackThis properly and you must rename it as requested. So attach the other two logs and then get HJT installed and renamed and attach a new HJT log.

 

It's whereever you extracted to. Only you can answer that question. What about ShowRun? You need to download both ZIP files and then you need to extract ALL files from the ZIP's. You need to keep track of where you extract them too. As the directions say, you can extract both GetRunKey.zip and ShowNew.zip to the same folder and it really should be a folder containing just their files an nothing else.

You did not follow the directions for installing HijackThis yet. You are running it directly from the ZIP file by using WinRaR.

This is exactly what the directions tell you not to do. You also MUST NOT use MSconfig to control startups. See step 7. Please read and follow ALL of the directions in step 7 and in the link reference in step 7. Until you do this we will not get anywhere. You must help us to help you by following directions!

At this point I can tell you only one thing, you HJT log indicates no malware! This is why the other scans are so important.

 

You are missing an important point, you HijackThis log is not showing any problems. I need the other logs otherwise there is nothing I can do for you. Based on your HijackThis log alone all I can tell you is that you are not having malware problems. Sounds more like a problem in your OS. For that I recommend that you post in the Software Forum.
