mp4 codec

    recently i bought a new Chinese mobile Ying Tai D100, it has a built in mp4 player and some sample videos. but when i tried to put my own videos using many mp4 converters it shows file not support. So please tell me which mp4 converter to use for my phone or else the software to know which mp4 codec the sample video is using (i tried gspot with no use).:confused
