Smart FTP Help

    I was wondering if someone could tell me how I am supposed to connect to my FTP server using SmartFTP?

    SmartFTP v1.0.983.32
    Resolving host name LALA.biz...
    Connecting to (LALA.biz) -> IP: *********** PORT: ***
    Connected. Exchanging encryption keys...
    SSL Error
    Unknown error.
    Connection closed.

    What should I do?

    aha someone else who uses smart ftp!

    i just enter my upload name (ISP name is ntl, so it's "upload.ntlworld.com") and just my ntlworld user name and password, hit enter and then it connects straight away, really simple. are you entering these detail correctly, or do you get that error once you've entered your details?

    I too use smartFTP. Do the same thing as you. I am with Pipex do the basically same thing the isp dets and password then a few seconds later I am connected....
