Run Hitman Pro and attach the log anyway, I want to see if it's actually finding anything that I can remove.

What are you currently using for antivirus? Total Security 360 or AVG? I see signs of both....

    Download and run OTM.

Download OTM by Old Timer and save it to your Desktop.

    • Right-click OTM.exe And select " Run as administrator " to run it.
    • Paste the following code under the [IMG] area. Do not include the word Code.
    Code:
    :Files
    C:\Users\RHCVD\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Services\search_{EEE6C360-6118-11DC-9C72-001320C79847}.ico

    :reg
    [-HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\AppDataLow\{1146AC44-2F03-4431-B4FD-889BC837521F}]
    [-HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\IM]
    [-HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\ImInstaller]
    [-HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\SweetIM]
    [-HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\WNLT]
    [-HKU\S-1-5-18\Software\AppDataLow\{1146AC44-2F03-4431-B4FD-889BC837521F}]
    [-HKU\S-1-5-18\Software\IM]
    [-HKU\S-1-5-18\Software\ImInstaller]
    [-HKU\S-1-5-18\Software\SweetIM]
    [-HKU\S-1-5-18\Software\WNLT]
    [-HKU\S-1-5-19\Software\AppDataLow\{1146AC44-2F03-4431-B4FD-889BC837521F}]
    [-HKU\S-1-5-20\Software\AppDataLow\{1146AC44-2F03-4431-B4FD-889BC837521F}]
    :Commands
    [emptytemp]
    [Reboot]
    • Return to OTM, right click in the Paste List of Files/Folders to Move window (under the yellow bar) and choose Paste.
    • Push the large [IMG] button.
    • OTM may ask to reboot the machine. Please do so if asked.
    • Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar), and paste it into a text file to ATTACH into your next reply.

NOTE: If you are unable to copy/paste from this window (as will be the case if the machine was rebooted), open Notepad (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Notepad), click File->Open, in the File Name box enter *.log and press the Enter key, navigate to the C:\_OTM\MovedFiles folder, and open the newest .log file present, and attach the contents of that document back here in your next post.

[IMG] Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.

    • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
    • Vista/Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator
    • Click on the Scan button.
    • AdwCleaner will begin...be patient as the scan may take some time to complete.
    • After the scan has finished, click on the Report button...a logfile (AdwCleaner[R#].txt) will open in Notepad for review (where the largest value of # represents the most recent report).
    • The contents of the log file may be confusing. Unless you see a program name that you know should not be removed, don't worry about it. If you see an entry you want to keep, let me know about it.
    • Attach the logfile to your next next reply.
    • A copy of all logfiles are saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder which was created when running the tool.

    • Now re run Hitman Pro again and attach new log.
    • Explain how things are running.

Which do you want to use? Whichever one you don't want to use will have to be uninstalled. All I mean by "the word code" is literally... Do not include the word "code" when you do the cript.

You can have adwcleaner remove the registry items...

    Which antivirus did you remove?

    Do this please...

Run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. (Right click and run as admin if using Vista, Windows7 or Win8) Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.

Then, you need to explain how things are running.

i uninstalled the total 360, and this is how things are:

my laptop works almost fine, i know my laptop got a malware since i know how my laptop got it. it's from the new steam chat. i don't know how to explain it. i'm not being rude but you can google about it. i still can't launch malwarebytes, and my avg is disabled and i cannot get it back on, i think it's caused by the malware. i'm feeling like my laptop is defenseless. i haven't opened steam since the moment i got the malware, i presumed it will hack my steam account. here's the log...

Use the avg removal tool suitable for your operating system. Remove avg.

Then reinstall it and let me know how it runs.

    What is the below

    "HW_OPENEYE_OUC_Mobile Partner"="\"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Mobile Partner\\UpdateDog\\ouc.exe\""

Also we nee logs from NORMAL BOOT MODE. The last MGlogs.zip was from safe mode.

Thus far you logs only showed some junkware. No real malware. You may just being having issues from what the multiple protection programs did to each other and to your PC.

    @Kestrel13!

After seeing logs from Normal Boot mode and also after getting all the left over security program items cleaned up, I suggest running a permissions fix.

I see AVG installed. Did you actually uninstall and then reinstall? Based on folder an file dates it does not look like it was uninstalled.

If it was uninstall and then reinstalled, has this solved your problems?

i tried to uninstall it, and i don't know how, it stops halfway through.. here's the log if you need it..

oops, sorry, the log file was invalid for upload... However, the uninstaller said something like i'm not allowed to remove some part of it. And now, i have something flashing at my taskbar.. As if there's something running and showing itself in the bar, and then disappear in less than a second (this already started to occur before i tried to uninstall avg). I saw the logo for a moment, and it was not a command prompt logo... I think it was messing with my internet, as after it appears, i can't connect to my wifi... I'm replying from my cellphone now...

You would begin a new thread. ;)

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.

    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
