Trouble booting -grey screen after windows logo

    after the windows logo pops up it displays the desktop for about 10 seconds and then i get this:

    i can boot up in safe-mode and i can also disconnect the power terminal from my Graphics card and then it will also boot-up, and then i put the power terminal back on. i'm not sure if itm would be my Graphics card or not... i'm hoping it isn't.

    That sure looks like a bad video display-
    With you being able to boot into safe mode (no drivers are loaded) It makes me think it might be a driver problem. I would uninstall and reinstal all drivers --check all the cables and connections --reseat the video card itself( remove it completely then reinsert it.)
