Bluetooth Windows installer keep popping up in windows vista

    greetings. i just bought an acer laptop a few months ago. i am very new with computers.
    In Startup, the windows installer pops up that seems to install bluetooth.

    How do i get rid of the pop up during startup?

    :wave and welcome to MG's..
    Try this. click on start, where it says start search type in run.
    Select run and when the box appears type in msconfig then ok.
    In the new box click on startup, find the Bluetooth Windows installer on the list and uncheck it. apply then ok. then reboot.

    see if that stops it on start up...
