Missing Files, Maybe? Can I find out what they are?

Hi,

I'm running Windows XP SP2. I've recently found that certain areas are functioning/displaying incorrectly.
Please see the system shots below, of the control panel and security center. Also, when I attempt to use TrendMicro's new online scanner, an error message appears, "Housecall activex component is not ready." Is there a file I can download to get that going?

Hmmmm can only think to try downloading Tweak UI off micro$oft website and try the repair icons utility, not entirely sure if it will work.

 

Try this.

Start, run, regsvr32.exe jscript.dll

Click OK, it should succeed.
