    Yes, but if you have premium channels, you made need to use a cable box, too to decode them.

    ok and what do i have to do so i can i watch tv on my pc when the card is installed in my pc

    whew!! i bought the tv card on ebay for 16.00

    install drivers, connect cable from satellite/cable source, and your watching tv.
    i use mine everyday in my shop.
