How can I disable my stupid mouse scroll on Windows 7?

It's annoying and I don't like it..I want to disable it so that I cannot scroll from the mouse wheel.

 

I have windows 7 by the way..how can I disable my mouse - scroll?

Paste the entire contents of the above code box into Notepad, goto File > Save As... > Change Save as type: to All Files, Name it NoScroll.reg and save it to somewhere convenient in your Documents folder.
Double click on the reg file and allow it to merge, then log off/log on.
Note: If you go to Control Panel and open Mouse settings, the scroll will be reset to the default of 3 lines.
