stuck in power save mode

    could someone please tell me what would make the monitor be stuck in "power save" mode??? moving mouse or touching keyboard doesnt kick it out.

    Sounds like the graphics card - Either on-board, PCI, AGP or PCI-X - Is bummed... If the BIOS Screen shows then this is not the case... Does it show?
