I have Sygate Personal Firewall on my pcs, and i cannot connect from one to the other unless I turn off the firewall. I have a Linksys router, and have assigned static IPs (though that shouldn't matter)

I created an advanced rule to allow all traffic on IPs 192.168.1.100 -192.168.1.110 (which covers my range) in both direction. I thought this would work, but it doesn't.

I have allowed sharing and Neighborhood browsing under Tools/Options/Network Neighborhood.

Could someone please tell me how to allow my pcs to see each other?

Heh, this may be an old topic. But I am having the same problem. I own a router and I use sygate. Sometimes Sygate blocks 192.168.2.1. And I don't ask it to do this, it just goes ahead and blocks. Anything I can do to resolve this problem?
