Malware Removal /MSCONFIG issues

I had the braviax malware on my laptop and used various forums to run different anti-malware software and now I believe braviax is gone. But, I still can't run Malwarebytes, and when I do I get the following message " Windows cannot access the specified path. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".

I read the " Read me and Run First Malware removal guide", but since I was messing with msconfig before coming to this forum, I can't set it back to Normal Startup. If I check the Normal Startup mode, it automatically checks 'Safe Mode' under Boot.ini tab and therefore stuck in this loop. I would really appreciate some assistance with this from the experts.

I have been waiting for response on this thread that I started for over 3 days now, and I see that people who had posted questions later that I did have been responded to. I would like to know if there was anything incorrect with the way I started my thread??
