Malware removal on the tablet

Hi,
I have a Windows tablet - Surface and it got infected.

Is there a procedure to remove everything from the tablet? I tried to run MalwareBytes but the installer told me that this type of hardware is not supported...

Is this an Android device? Do you any antivirus protection on it? We don't deal with tablets here.

Hi, Kestrel13!,
No this is Windows 8 device.

What happen is when trying to open IE I get a hard popup saying "Please call such number as you have a security hole".

So this is not a virus but some malware.

So where do I go? Is there a resource that can help? Or just go to the nearest BestBuy?

Can you do any of the Read and Run first instructions?

Nope. Trying to execute setup I'm getting "Software cannot run on this machine".

I guess I'm out of luck then... ;-)
