    Can someone tell me how I can move from one cell to another in Windows7 Excel using the arrow keys on the keyboard. In my program all the arrow keys do is move the page but the highlighted cell remains the same. I have search the options to no avail.

    I think you've probably got Scroll Lock on on your keyboard.

    Just a quick FYI, Excel is not built into Windows 7. It is a component of Microsoft office, which can be purchased separately.
