there are a lot of possible reasons for the bad internet connection. give us the full prehistory of this. how long do you have such problem? do you have any firewall?

Well it has been five days because that is how long it took to get rid of the malware and virus off. As soon as I was taking that stuff off I lost the internet. The firewall issue, I have the firewall that is with microsoft and I have turned that off and nothing happens. Because with my anti-virus which is avg said that could be it because I cannot do updates. If there is another firewall I wouldn't know. I have two other computers on this line and they connect okay. Alls I know it was on than nothing when I went to use it again. This computer was given to me about two weeks ago.

i think your problen is concerned to your antispyware and malware shield, see the settings, may be the protection level can't allow you to access the internet.
