Copy/paste tips for webpages to text files?

I like to go to tv.com to look at the schedules for shows I follow. Normally I copy and paste the episode listings into Notepad, but tv.com has changed formats so now copy/paste comes out like butt.

Any quick and easy way around this type of snags, not just for episode lists, but for copying and pasting web content in general?
