Which Antivirus?

Hi all, i am looking for a free Anti-virus software and i've stumbled across this site again which has helped me in the past. I was wondering if you could give me some recommendations for the best free antivirus as you seem to have so many listed here!

I am looking for something that will basically scan all my folders and drives and remove any possible viruses, nothing more! Apart from it being reliable and up-to-date of course!

I'd say, Avast or AVG, I use both, not on the same PC, only run one antivirus program.
I prefer Avast, either is as good as any ya payfor.

I have AVG on one system and AVAST on another. Both work great.

 

NOD32 is without doubt the best AV software available. It's only available free for 30 days, but trust me, once you've tried it the investment is well worth it.

This is just a scanner that you can use to see how good your free av fares.
It detects virus but doesnt delete them.Trust me it is good.

Yes NOD32 is the best AV right now. I have the full version of NOD32 2.5, which was a great update to 2.1. I havent had any problems with it

AVG Free would of been my next choice I hope it works out well for you.
