Assuming that I am willing to pay money for one, which would be the best Spyware program available right now. If I bought this program, would I still need to have Spybot and AdAware on my system?

I would go for Spy Sweeper. Next choice CounterSpy .

Yes it is still good to keep the free Spybot & Ad-Aware SE installed. They do not really use any resources until scanning and the additional scans can be useful. As long as you do not use Spybot's Teatimer and only use its Immunize (no resources used) and its SDhelper function (minimal resources) it is well worthwhile. I would also use SpywareBlaster's protections. It uses no resource either.
