Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    Please follow the steps below:

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

The Bitdefender scan was the only scan that didn't load up. All the others took forever but thet eventually did load. Comp is still grossly slow. Here the HJT file.

I see no signs of MS Antispyware being run from the READ & RUN ME. Did you run ALL steps in the READ ME?

Please follow the directions for installing and running HJT:

You do not have it installed properly.

However, that being said, your HJT log does not indicate any malware issues.
Can you explain with more detail your problems?
    Does it always happen?
Does it happen if you never go online?
Does it also occur in safe mode?
What applications are running when it freezes?
