I'm thinking about doing liquid cooling on my computer, and I was wondering where do I start? I'm not even sure of what questions to ask, and what I need, etc. Can someone direct me to a good page to get my questions answered?

For water cooling, you will need a pump, radiator, water block(s), tubing, at least one fan, and some faith in yourself. I think everyone should have a water cooled computer at least once in there life. Here is a link that might help you get started. http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=72599

Good luck! Remember to test your loop before aplying power to the computer!

Hey Fred! Great link! VERY informative! I always kind of knew the basics of H2Ocooling, but that link really lays it all out. There was a couple of things I wasn't real clear on (WTF is a 'peltier'?), but overall, it's good solid info. A great intro to the world of liquid cooling. Thanks!

a peltier cooler uses electricity to cool a metal plate.

I agree, liquid cooling a PC is a great learning experience and a lot of fun. I love hearing the trickle of coolant over the low hum of my fans, ahhhh...............lol
