switching between d OS's

I have dis habit of changing my os very frequently. Moreover many a times i keep formatting my harddisk...also i run defrag and scan disk once in two days..well i wud really appreciate if someone cud tell me whether i am somehow harming my machine's hardware...thnx a lot..bye

 

HI, I doubt that it would hurt your hardware,. I can't understand why you keep reformatting as that is a lot of work. There is softare available that will run mixed O/S on the one computer rather than having to reinstall the different os that you use.
