An actual 60hz refresh fix?

Ok I have searched the board to see if there is something about this, but I can find nothing.

So my question is: Is there one the actually works? I have tried the ones on this site, but it always reverts to 60hz when I run 3D Mark or any game for that matter.

Any help with this will be much appreciated.

Should add that I'm running the 43.45 drivers.
