    Hello people,

I'm not sure if this is possible but would be really grateful for any thoughts etc.

I have a HDD media device which I store all my music and films on. However, when I need to update it I have to physically unplug it from the amp/tv and plug it into my pc to upload new files. I am trying to think of ways of connecting the device to the home network but it only has the type B socket in the back.

    Any suggestion?

    Many thank.

    S

USB network like these http://www.trendnet.com/products/proddetail.asp?status=view&prod=100_TPL-101U they are discontinued..

I don't get how plugging a USB to network adapter into the device will work? I'm sure the device doesn't have the ability to detect that device.. or am I missing the point?

The other idea a router with USB support and bridge it to your current network, maybe.
