Compaq Presario 5 B W 135 ncd rom driver needed!!!

Hi

I have Compaq Presario 5 B W 135 and its cd r/rw driver is corrupt…the cd drive doesn’t even show up when you double click on my computer. I looked for the driver online but didn’t have much luck. Would anybody be nice enough to lend me some help. Would be much appreciated. I am running win XP.

 

that didnt work because the file i downloaded didnt do anything ..it just extracted something onto the floppy drive and that was it... i have to format my computer and i cant play the system restore cds from the cd rom...

the link was downloading the fix files onto my floppy drive and weren't letting me change the destination file... i think i downloaded it to my computer and it worked...
