XP update fails to install

    I've two updates for winxp that fail to install.
    They're 'KB90830 for windows media player'
    and 'malicious software removal KB890830'
    They've both downloaded but fail to install :confused:confused

    KB959772 & KB890830 still no joy both fail to install
