Just curious, if lets say a government blocked some websites and someone wanted to access them, can they do it? If so how would they do it?

Just found this funny. I don't think it would be responsible for someone to give out this kind of information, if it were possible.

Majorgeeks don't usually help out when it comes to topics of hacking and warez. They are liable if its discovered by authorities.

No longer hypothetical. Isn't this just what one nation has done to Google and other search engines to stop their nationals from free access to ALL the web? Bazza
