Advanced Systemcare

I am wondering if someone can help/advise regarding how can I possibly resolve the following problem:

Some months ago I bought Advanced SystemCare (PRO) -
IOBIT and within the last days I observed that an update was available.
All I had to do was to click on the update icon. Unfortunately when the update was complete and I restarted the prog it still showed my version as 6.1
The fact that the old version was still showing I proceeded to uninstall it and then decided to acquire the updated (new version) from the net.
Upon completion it then showed up as ver 7.1 but unfortu-
nately I was asked to enter the license and upon doing it indicated that it was incorrect. Incorrect license no.
It has become apparent as though I have to purchase a new license which to my way of thinking is incorrect.
Having said that I am unable to find a way of contacting someone to get the problem sorted considering I had already bought the program and I was only trying to update and not renew my license.
Is anyone able to advise how to contact the company and maybe sort out this irregularity or do I actually have to purchase a new license.
I have tried every possible means of contacting someone but to no avail.

Within the last 1/2hr received response from I/O bit with instructions which enabled me to reinstall program successfully.
