I'm so frustrated! What is this?!

What does this mean? Before I could even click the message, it disappeared.
Also.. a couple weeks ago I made a thread about some "unknown hardware" no one really answered my question though. Are these things connected in some way?

 

might be your tryin to plug somethin in that requires usb 2.0 and what you have is usb1.0(not sure on numbers). what exactly are you tryin to plug into your usb port? and does you computer have usb2.0 or usb1.0? ive never seen this problem before so this is just a guess as to what it might be. if this is the problem, then the only way i can think is to get an interal pci card that has the usb2.0 ports on it(link to one on bottom), that is if you have an available pci slot left on your computer. if anybody else knows better, which i know there is, then please tell me.

It's not the end of the world. You lose some performance until you upgrade.
