I have DVD full of data I backed up a while ago. When I load it in the DVD drive, it goes through autoplay as usual, but then it locks up and hangs. The only way to get back to normal is to eject the disc. All the other data DVDs I burned at the same time work perfect. I have 2 DVD drives and I was thinking I could disable autoplay on the 2nd one which I don't use very often. I found this guide to disable autoplay, but it looks like it affects both drives. How do I disable autoplay one just one CD/DVD drive of my choice?

    Thanks!

    Hi DLB,

I don't know how to do that on one drive only, but I usually hold down the left "Shift" button when I insert the DVD/CD into the drive I don't want to autoplay. You probably knew this already.

Tweakui has this in their options (assuming you're using XP) it shows that it lets you choose individual drives. I have never tried it though.
