Multiple Malware? Logs attatched.

Hey guys,

I've been getting error messages left right and centre, they're all similar, just affecting different things.

On boot I get an error saying "The system failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application" with "userinit.exe" in the title.

When I attempt to run cmd.exe, I get the same error in reference to cmd.exe and then find.exe, twice each.

When I attempt to right click my desktop and choose properties, I get one in relation to rundll32.exe.

The list goes on, no system restore because that doesn't work either, and I've already tried the Vundo Fix, and SUPERAntiSpyWare Pro, both dead ends.

If someone could please have a look at the logs I'm attatching to this post and give me some suggestions on how to go about removing these, it would be greatly appreciated - this is my dev machine and if I have to re-create the enviroment that's set up right now it would definitely make me unpopular with my boss, not to mention myself.
