Hello Guys! Firstly I would like to congratulate you on the job you do! Secondly I wanna thank for all the following help I will get!
Well, my problem is the following.
I am getting some BSOD with System Thread Exception Not handled. Initally I was getting this all the time and could not boot the computer, after managing to erase the program that was causing it ( Start Menu 8 and advanced system care free), the computer stopped crashing. Although there is some kind of big box opening on the left side of the monitor with an arrow, asking to swipe to change apps. Which I could not manage to uninstall.
Also there is some aliexpress pop up opening very frequently. I tried many suggestions to remove it but no antivirus program could find anything wrong on my computer. I was using bitdefender and now I am using kaspersky.
I am really in need of help and this would be very appreciated. I tried the steps for malware removal, but whenever I open the roguekiller the pc crashes with System Thread Exception not handled BSOD. Thanks for anyone who can help me. Have a great day!

    Welcome to MajorGeeks, Shacho

Please read ALL of this message including the notes before doing anything.

Please follow the instructions in the below link:

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

and then attach the requested logs to your next reply when you finish these instructions.
    • **** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.
    • After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!
    Helpful Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes, you could use a flash drive too, but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
    3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only Malwarebytes while logged into this other user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run RogueKiller, Malwarebytes, HitmanPro and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
    4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
    * Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated - our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

Hello! I did everything as direct. As stated before Rogue Killer can not be used, everytime I open it, the computer crashes with a BSOD and restart by itself after some time. Mgtools is being blocked to be downloaded. After managing to download it, browser does not allow it to be opened. Followed the instructions on MGtools Page and managed to get the log.
    Here follows the logs.

    I'm seeing very little, Shacho.

Please download OTM by Old Timer and save it to your Desktop.
    • Run OTM.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, Win7 or Win8, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).
    • Copy the lines from the below codebox to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C
(or, after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy): Do not include the word Code: which is just a title line of
      the code box
    Code:
    :files
    C:\ProgramData\1435745312.bdinstall.bin
    C:\ProgramData\1435745482.bdinstall.bin
    C:\ProgramData\1435745504.bdinstall.bin
    C:\ProgramData\1435746319.bdinstall.bin
    C:\ProgramData\BDLogging
    C:\ProgramData\Bitdefender
    C:\ProgramData\{BAF091CA-86C4-4627-ADA1-897E2621C1B0}
    C:\Users\Wesley\AppData\Local\Temp\*.*
    C:\Windows\TEMP\*.*

    :commands
    [purity]
    [EmptyTemp]
    [start explorer]
    [Reboot]
    • Return to OTM, right click in the Paste List of Files/Folders to Move window (under the yellow bar) and choose Paste.
    • Now click the large [IMG] button.
    • If OTM asks to reboot your computer, allow it to do so. The report should appear in Notepad after the reboot.
    • Close OTM.
Now navigate to the C:\_OTM\MovedFiles folder ( assuming your Windows drive is C). This is where your log will be
saved in the form of Date and Time mmddyyyy_hhmmss.log. Just look for the most recent .log file. Attach this log file to your next message.

Now please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Make sure to shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Note: That JRT may reset your home page to a google default so you will need to restore your home page setting if this happens.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, Win7 or Win8, don't double click, use right click and select "Run As Administrator").

    Then attach the below logs:
    • the C:\_OTM\MovedFiles log
    • the JRT.TXT log
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

Hello! Still having the same annoying pop ups. If I am not mistaken it started after uninstalling Hola Better Internet, even after uninstalling it, it was running on startup. So I had to disable it. The BSOD still happens when I open some programs. Usually anything related to security. Could you help me get rid of any leftovers from Hola Better Internet? PLease take a look at the image uploaded. I am getting these things on the image, asking me to swipe the screen, but I am not in a tablet pc, neither I am using a touch monitor. How do I get rid of that? Thanks for your help so far!:) I forgot to mention that I am not being able to use IME (changing for japanese characters now).

Which browser(s) are you getting popups in? Are you using a popup blocker?
I've found no mention of Hola Better Internet in your logs. *No image depicting the problem has been attached but sounds like a settings or Windows system problems... not a topic for malware removal.

Hello! I am getting popups on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. One thing it kinda look a pattern is that on Internet Explorer when I use Photobucket and click in one of my pictures the pop up appears. Google Chrome seems like random. The only browser I have no problems seems to be Firefox. Thats, okay. I will try to look for this problem myself. :) If no malware is installed, I believe you have already done enough, and your time should be better spent helping people that are in real need! Thanks for your time.

Hello! Thanks for the tip. That's what I did. I will wait to see if anything bad happens. Sorry I had forgotten that I had removed the remaining of Hola Better Internet with Iobit Uninstaller.
Many thanks for you time. Have a great week.

    You're welcome!

Let's tidy up some after running the cleaning procedure -
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase it, it provide no protection. It do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. Go back to step 6 of the READ ME and re-enable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7/8 - it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. If you are running Win 7/8, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures pointed to by step 7 of the READ ME
for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    8. After doing the above, you should work through the below link:
