The browser froze and there was a popup about a mouse error. It gave me a number to a microsoft hotline, which I called. They said it was a network security error, since I only have Avira.

For some reason, the RogueKiller log didn't save. Here are the rest, though. Should I run it again?

There isn't really too much showing in your logs.

As stated in the READ & RUN ME FIRST
    Please attach the log.

Also you attached an XML file for Malwarebytes instead of a text log as requested. Please run Malwarebytes again and make sure that you fix everything found. Then after fixing, save a new log ( a text log - a link to instructions was in the READ & RUN ME FIRST ) and attach it.

Here's the malwarebytes log in .txt format.

And yes, I did read that about RogueKiller, but no log was saved there. I looked a couple other places, too, but I don't see anything.

Did you actually run the scan? It always saves a log when a scan is run. But some people forget to actually run the scan because when the program starts up it can go thru a rather lengthy initialization process first. You have to then run scan afterwards.

This is the last log we need. Based on all your other logs, I don't see anything else to do.

It definitely ran to completion. It went through the initialization phase, the pre-scan, and the scan. The only thing I can think of is that when I clicked on scan and left it to run, I went and did something else. The computer went on standby, and when I came back, the program had been extied and there was no log. Thoughts?

Then perhaps it never really finished running the scan and something caused it to crash. Hence no log. You could try again.

    Here we go.

It automatically exported as a JSON, so I clicked on report and exported it as a .txt. I hope this works. :)

This log is clean too so it does not appear that you are having malware problems.

    You're welcome.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
