    Does any know if its ok to use arctic silver thermal COMPOUND (NOT the permanent adhesive) on a ramsink for a graphics card?

    Yes it's OK but remember its conductive, too much or in the wrong place can be bad
    Better/Safer to use Artic Ceramique
