   hi there can anybody help i have a hi grade va250d laptop, running vista home basic, when i received it i didnt have a vista installation disc, when i rang hi grade they told me i shud have reported this but as it is now 3 yrs old they wont replace it, i really need this disc so im hopein sum1 has an old 1 or summut that they have no use 4

   Please do not "hijack" someone elses thread. I have made your post into your own thread. You will need to explain why you need a disc. As in...can you no longer run the computer. Do you need to reformat it. Did it not come with a backup disc creator?
