I really need help with this outlook problem. It has been running fine until a day or two ago. Now it is running so slow i can't get anything done. I checked the task manager & it said that outlook.exe was using around 50% of my cpu. I'm on vista home premium with SP2 32 bit. I uninstalled all of the recent updates for outlook but that didn't work so i let them update again. I've also ran in safe mode with no difference. Almost everthing I do with this computer is email related so it's really hard to get anything done with this problem. Not sure what my next step should be. Please help. Ken

I don't know why but as of yesterday my outlook just started working normal on its own. I checked & there were no new updates or anything that had changed that i could tell. Have no idea why it had the problem or why it went away. I'm just glad it's back to normal because my next option was to uninstall 2007 & buy 2010. Thanks to anyone who looked at my post but wasn't able to come up with any answers. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this doesn't happen again. Thanks
